Can we select a different frame colour and style.
Yes, if you require framing other than the Classic White Timber frame, we are more than happy to provide alternatives. Extra charges may be applied to this special requirement. We also offer different types of colours, timber patterns and different glazing options.
Time handling of your order
General handling from placing your order to receiving your purchase in Australia is 2 weeks. This is across the industry. Reason being due to the costs of items, each purchase is printed on demand. For international orders, time handling depends on your country, the average is 4 weeks.
Do you send large size orders overseas
Yes, we do however we are not in control of prices charged by international delivery providers, which can be rather costly. By all means, we send overseas.
International customs and taxes
All items are sent as a Purchase and not as gifts. Therefore customers are responsible for All customs taxes and duties.
What's the quality level of your products
All products sold by Shaun Jones is high quality and museum quality. We use only the best printer in the industry who provides nothing more than high quality every time. Printing your purchase on high quality papers, canvas materials, high gloss metals and acrylics.
Can I order a custom size print
Good news, any photograph is available in any size according to aspect ratio of such photograph. Please send us your enquiry, we are here to help.
Can I arrange my own framing
Yes you can arrange your own framing by purchasing any photographic print. We send your photographic print purchases in a sweat free controlled parcel tube, ready for your framer to frame. We cannot be liable for any damages sustained to prints by your framer or customer.
Is a signature required for delivery
As you can appreciate the cost involved and the investment you've made, we deliver your purchases over $100 requiring customer signature. If you give us authority to leave your parcel at the front door, we are more than happy to do this. However in agreeing to this, you absorb all risk for theft or damages. All items of high value must be signed for by customer. If you agree to leave our order at front door or at premises, please leave notes in Order Notes.
Do prints contain a signature
Yes, a lot of hard work has gone into Shaun's work, so every print has a printed signature, printed on the bottom left or right hand corner in a very faint colour to avoid taking over the print. Barely noticeable. Due to many copyright violations by others, this protects the work of Shaun Jones and provides customers confidence they are receiving the work of Shaun Jones.
Do I need to list large pieces of your work under my insurance*
It's recommended, most insurance companies cover Works of Art under General Contents. Some insurance companies will cover you to $2,000 per individual item and upto $7,000 per collection of art. Please refer to your policy product disclosure statement, your insurance provider and or insurance broker for more information.
Can we purchase a digital version of your photographs
No, once we send the digital format, we lose control of our work. Due to copyright violations, we cannot provide our work in this format. Under special circumstances we may provide such, but this will be subject to either exclusive arrangements and or price compensations.
Is Shaun Jones available for corporate work
Yes, Shaun is available for corporate work in all states of Australia. Please contact us below for your job task.
Can we purchase outright any photograph as a limited edition
If you require a photograph as a limited edition and want to be the sole owner of such unique photograph, yes, we can arrange. Please contact us for your enquiry.
Product Material Descriptions
Print Only
Is a photograph image printed on high museum quality photographic gloss paper. Either Canson or Ilford branded materials. They are rolled and dispatched in postal tubes.
Framed Photograph
Is a photograph printed with a white border surround, then placed behind glass with a timber frame and backing. Available in classic white. Customers can customize colours and or timber looks. Send us your enquiry.
Unstretched Canvas
The photographic image is printed onto premium canvas which is then protected with quality uv varnishes and protective coating. This allows gentle cleaning and dusting. Each unstretched canvas print is dispatched in a postal tube.
Stretched Canvas
The photographic image is printed onto premium canvas and stretched over a timber frame which also is protected with uv varnishes and protective coating.
Alumalux Metal Prints
Photographic image is printed onto high gloss metal surface which is 3mm thick. These items include a u or v channel on back to assist with easy hanging.
Facemount Acrylic
Image is printed onto high gloss 3mm thick acrylic, complete with u or v channels to assist with hanging.
Acrylic Blocks
Photographs printed and mounted behind a quality 30mm thick acrylic block.
Deep Set Print With Frame & Acrylic Glass
Premium art print with a matt board surround placed in a deep set timber frame complete with acrylic glass. Due to being delivered by specialised post, these items are best delivered in acrylic glass. Depending on location in Perth WA, you can upgrade your order at a cost to include non reflective glass and our team can deliver but will include charges for such. These deep set frames look great in natural looking timber frame referred to as Cappuccino colour.
Special Note
Please note that if your print or product is damaged from your handling or during the mounting process or installation, Shaun Jones cannot be liable for the damage or replacement costs. Be sure to use a reputable and an insured frame shop, installer to mount or frame your photograph.
