1. Our Guarantee & Print Quality
We pride ourselves on delivering gallery-quality photographs. All prints and canvases are produced using premium, archival-grade materials designed to resist fading and discoloration over time.
Because colours can vary slightly depending on your monitor's calibration, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match to what you see on your screen. However, we guarantee that the craftsmanship and materials of your physical product are free from manufacturing defects.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your photograph arrives damaged or exhibits a manufacturing defect (e.g., tears, scratches, or severe warping), we will happily replace it at no additional cost. Please note! We go well beyond to ensure our products are sent to you in Mint Condition.
To qualify for a replacement:
- Report the damage within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photographic evidence of the damage to the packaging and the print.

We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped directly to your address.
- Unfortunately, If no evidence is provided with Photographic proof, we are unable to assist you.
3. Weather, Elements, Sun, Heat, Moisture Environments
In respect to damages by weather elements which include, Sun, Ice, Heat, Cold, Moisture, Water, we do not cover you for any damages in relation to damage caused by these elements. Although our Printed Photographs are Museum grade and Fade resistant to a period, but please consider where your install or place your artwork. Keep your investment (Shaun Artwork) out of Direct Heat and Sun and All Elements!. We expect most wouldn't leave an ice-cream out in the sun nor stand in the snow with no layers of clothes on, Please ensure you hang and or install or place your product in a sensible environment, position and or place out of harmful elements and or actions.
4. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim relating to the purchase of our photographs is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as improper hanging, water damage, or sun fading after delivery).
5. Change of Mind
Change your mind, unfortunately we are unable to assist you with any returns or exchanges.
6. Acrylic Blocks
Acrylic Blocks are a quality Photographic Print(s) behind a block of Acrylic. When a photo presents behind an acrylic or glass product, some very minor distortion can occur. Your retro respectfully putting in front of an object another item, therefore this can create either very minor blurring or distortion. Although not very noticeable in our opinion, but no returns can be honoured due to unrealistic expectations.
7. Copyright & Usage Rights
When you purchase a physical print or a digital file, you are purchasing the physical item or a limited, non-transferable license for personal display. All copyright and intellectual property rights remain strictly with the photographer and Shaun Jones including Shaun Jones Gallery.
