Fine art installations
Prints and or products are delivered to customers and in respect of such, all installations is the responsibility of customers. We are happy to help though if required. Our team can provide a quotation for a reputable provider.
Do we support wholesale trade
Due the nature of fine art, we control our products and pricing. Under special circumstances and arrangements. We do not provide items under consignment under any circumstances. We do however sell our Acrylic Block products under Release of Products after Payment.
Payment terms and options
We provide Afterpay and most of your Credit Card providers as our general payment merchant providers.
Corporate purchases
We support business trade, so if you have your eye on any of our prints for your corporate space, reach out to our team. We will also be helpful in finding and or suggesting a recommendation of art that may work in your space. We can also provide corporate packages for more than one print purchase.

Do you ship outside of Australia
Yes, we do. Our products are enjoyed by everyone and everywhere.
Can we deliver items without a signature on delivery request.
No, unfortunately due the financial risk of items going walkabouts, all products and deliveries must received customers signature or receipt of receival.
What is the average delivery time frame for Australian delivery addresses
In Australia, the average delivery time is between 2 weeks. Can also vary depending seasonal changes like Christmas.
What is the average delivery time frame for all other International orders
Anywhere between 2 weeks to 3 weeks. This can also vary depending on international postal carrier demand.
Do we provide Insurance on delivery
Depending on the financial cost of orders and products, we may provide insurance. Generally speaking, most orders are over the value of $200 and automatically include delivery on receipt signature and protected by postal carrier in Australia.
International VATS, Taxes and or Fees
We are unable to pay VAT or any other or similar Duty Taxes including Foreign Trade fees. All fees irrespective of costs is the responsibility of the customer, the receiver of delivery.

Do you provide a returns policy
If your order is not received as we shipped it in perfect order, we may provide a return or exchange. Please note, we go to extraordinary measures to ensure items are delivered as printed in quality condition. Please review our returns policy here
Are orders considered custom made
Yes, each order is classed as Custom Made. Therefore by placing an order, such product and or purchase is especially made for you with the requested purchase size. No refunds apply for change of mind.
Do we provide purchase instalment funding other than Afterpay
Yes, we can provide Purchase Funding through Eziway. This method of payment is subject to Terms and Conditions and Fees.

Are your prints and the work of Shaun Jones, authentic
Absolutely! When you purchase a Print from Shaun Jones, your purchasing not only quality, but Authentic and Real imagery. There is no make believe like others. We dont fabricate photos beyond unrealistic measures by swapping out skies, putting in make believe light trails or sunrays. You might aswell purchase from a Graphic Designer. We dont do that here!, what you see is what the artist sees through his lens of his camera. Real Moments, Authenticity! Nothing less!
How do you package Rolled Printed Prints
All our quality Rolled Printed Prints are sent in a specialised poster form cylinder tube.
Do you provide Framed Prints
Yes we can! We stopped Framed Prints due to the huge variety of colours and presentations of such frames. If you would like your print framed, please consult with our team. contact
Are Rolled Prints printed with a border or just the photo
All our prints are printed with atleast a 10mm surround white border or space, which is purposely designed as a security safety net around the photo. Your framer will know what to do!
What is the quality of the Paper Print
Shaun only prints with the industries best service printer providers, using high grade Museum quality archival UV protected paper but Canson and Ilford. We do not print on anything less, only the best!
Do we provide custom sizes for Photo Prints
Absolutely! If you require a print in a certain size or orientation, drop us an enquiry. Our team will be happy to help.
What are your Acrylic Blocks made from
All Acrylic Blocks are provided by the industries best providers and put together by the best craftmanship technicians. The materials are of the highest standard and grade crystal clear acrylic.
Limited Edition Prints
We dont provide Limited Edition Prints, why? Because we want to make our products accessible to everyone of all budgets. Shaun doesn't own the view through his camera, but does own the right to the print, so why should any item be Exclusive or Limited. Keeping trade fair!
Are photo prints signed by Shaun Jones
Some items are signed with a watermark signature which is printed onto the photo during the print process, but not extremely visible to the human eye. We reserve the right to provide signature of Shaun Jones the artist in forms of recognition of his art and reputation. Such signature will be of a light opacity.
Christmas and Easter period orders
Our most on demand and popular periods of the year. Due to high demand, we encourage all customers to ensure they have orders in, with atleast 6 weeks prior to ensure delivery before Christmas Day and Easter.
