This is based on case by case. Please note each print is sent to you under controlled transport conditions when we arrange transport delivery. Each item is inspected before dispatch!
Shipping Problems / Damage
Notification of all shipping defects or damage must be made within 30 days of delivery and accompanied by the shipping receipt and photographic proof of the damage for us to review and make a determination whether damage in fact occurred during shipping.
General Exclusions from Returns
Once each order is printed and completed, no returns, change of mind or refunds will be available. Digital purchases are not valid for returns or exchanges. Once file has been sent from Shaun Jones, the sale is complete, all returns are refused due to losing control of this product. Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address as a delivery fee will apply again to resend.
If you decide to collect from our third parties, you must collect your order within 14 days. If you fail to collect from our third party within this period a fee will be charged to collect for you where our staff will take possession of your order and store, since our third party providers cannot store products past 14 days. A delivery fee will then be charged on top.
We cannot be responsible for items installed or hung in the elements for any period of time. We do not cover against installation issues or damages caused by customer. This policy also does not cover for customer damages caused by using incorrect installation components such but not limited to wall and or screw fittings. We ask you to exercise care if cleaning items as we do not cover damages against cleaning or dusting.
In relation to temperatures, we do not cover against products kept in extreme conditions. Its the customers responsibility to ensure the care of there purchase and elements regardless of whether outside or internally is set to a reasonable temperature. This also includes moisture and condensation levels.
If you have arranged for delivery of your order and you have agreed to be home in between the hours for delivery and you fail to be present, your order will be returned to the third party and another delivery fee will be charged. We cannot leave high valuable items in the open, in garages or front door. You must be home and you must sign for the item.
Orders are not final or binding until accepted by us. We reserve the right, with or without prior notice, to limit the available quantity of or discontinue any product or service; to honor, or impose conditions on the honoring of, any coupon, coupon code, promotional code or other similar promotions; to bar any user from making any or all purchase(s); and/or to refuse to provide any user with any product or service. shaunjones.com.au and Shaun Jones is not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery due to causes beyond our or its control. You are responsible for the proper and safe handling of any prints or other products you order from us if you are arranging your own pickup, to the extent allowed by law. shaunjones.com.au liability for any claim relating to any product purchased from us is the amount you paid for the product.
If the government has declared a lockdown and your order has been scheduled for delivery and due to lockdowns we are unable to deliver, your order will be delivered once the lockdown has been declared over and restrictions cancelled.
If you are showing any signs of covid our third party will not deliver until you can sign for such item.
