Returns & Exchanges
This is based on case by case. Please note each print is sent to you under controlled transport when we arranged transport delivery. Each item is inspected before dispatch!
Notification of all shipping defects or damage must be made within 30 days of delivery and accompanied by the shipping receipt and photographic proof of the damage for us to review and make a determination whether damage in fact occurred during shipping.
General Exclusions from Returns
Digital purchases are not valid for returns or exchanges. Once file has been sent from Shaun Jones, the sale is complete, all returns are refused due to losing control of this product.
We cannot be responsible for items installed or hung in the elements for any period of time. We do not cover against installation issues or damages caused by customer. This policy also does not cover for customer damages caused by using incorrect installation components such but not limited to wall and or screw fittings. We ask you to exercise care if cleaning items as we do not cover damages against cleaning or dusting.
In relation to temperatures, we do not cover against products kept in extreme conditions. Its the customers responsibility to ensure the care of there purchase and elements regardless of whether outside or internally is set to a reasonable temperature. This also includes moisture and condensation levels.
