Special Covid-19 (Corona Virus) Announcement
Please note with immediate effect, Shaun Jones has to advise we have ammended our delivery policy short term to indicate delivery delays worldwide. This is in line with global announcements with shipping carriers.
Domestic Australian Deliveries -
Delays are presenting Australia wide. We are learning that some orders are taking double the time to arrive at destinations outside of Perth. For all Perth deliveries there are also delays of plus one week adding to current 2 weeks time frame.
International Deliveries -
Delays are presenting outside of Australia, where we are experiencing very lengthy time frames. Average time frame presenting at current date is approx 3 to 6 weeks.
We ask All our customers to be patient during this challenging global time and to be flexible. We cannot control current situations and we thankyou for your cooperation and assistance.
We also extend our wishes of hope for you and your family and loved ones during this hard Covid period.
